MAIN PHASE REFUND POLICY

At Main Phase, we strive to provide excellent products and customer service. Please review our refund policy below:

Trading Card Products

All sales of trading cards, booster packs, booster boxes, collectible card products, and sealed trading card game products are final. Due to the collectible nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once purchased.

Singles

All single card sales are final. Customers are encouraged to inspect cards before purchase.

Accessories and Merchandise

Unopened accessories and merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt for store credit only. Items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit at our discretion.

Event Entries

Event entry fees are nonrefundable unless an event is canceled by Main Phase.

Special Orders

Special order items and preorders are nonrefundable and cannot be canceled once the order has been placed with our supplier.
